We decided on Vietnamese Cuisine for dinner. We drove to a couple of our "Go-To" spots and realized they were closed for vacation. Drove to another Vietnamese restaurant and was informed that their kitchen had closed for the night (we got a late start due to my gym workout lasting a little longer than expected.) We looked across the parking lot and saw Phoenix Palace, so decided to eat there. Upon entering we were met with warm, friendly staff who seated us immediately. The dining room is very spacious and beautifully decorated. It was evident that this restaurant is fully equipped to host private special events, such as, wedding receptions and the like. We ordered Beef Chow Fun, Orange Chicken, Steamed Veggies with Shrimp. Each dish tasted great! I was especially impressed with the Orange Chicken. It was the best I've had in a very long time. It looked amazing; nice and plump while perfectly coated in delicious sweet and sour sauce. The sauce was light and not overly saturating. The texture of the chicken was perfect. Each bite was as good as the last. Each bite had a light crisp followed by tender meat. The chicken maintained its internal temperature very well, as each piece tasted very fresh. Glad we stopped here and look forward to coming back for Dim Sum!

I loved their selection of dim sum options. Their custard tarts were exactly what I've been looking for since I've moved to Arizona. Idk why I didn't try this place sooner. This dim sum experience was very close to what we have in Hawaii.

I'm surprised I nverr reviewed this place. I've been coming here for years.. This is my go to dim sum place. Best to come before lunch time during the weekend. It does get pretty busy. Not a cheap place to eat but that also depends on what you order. Just know bigger the plate more expensive . I've had other dim sum place in the valley but this is the one place I always come back to. Pretty good selections of dishes also. $74 bux before tip. Ouch

The host was a bit rude. We asked about dim sum and he said "we don't do that". He was very stand-off ish and nonchalant. We asked questions and he said "it's like any other restaurant". Impolite. Did not stop us from trying the food, we wanted to satisfy our cravings. All the other servers were on it and super nice. The food was good. This is what we got between us two and 2 Cantonese dinners!! Very filling , be ready for lots of leftovers! A good place for big crowds. They have the glass circles on larger tables to spin and share entrees easier. My favorite thing was the chicken lettuce wraps.
